Silence Redefined

There had been a time when
Silence was admired high,
A time was there when it was
Paired with wisdom, not spy!

Silence defined as more ferocious
Than what revolution does,
It could also pacify collision
Unite and encourage most of us..

But at times of uneven ties
At times when cruelty lies
Silence is unwelcome elsewhere
As it its serenity then dies!

When sound is vital, silence not
Speak at least a word to break,
Speak louder than past, speak
Or else silence itself is a threat.

When words required, then make a word
Not silence that’s so long so strong
Time shall judge which one for now
Time declares it right or wrong!
